Q1. What is the difference between the 25 cm Original and 28 cm Plus?
Both versions feature the same 7-zone pocket spring system and reversible H3/H4 firmness. The only difference is height. The 25 cm Original offers a classic everyday profile, while the 28 cm Plus provides an extra 3 cm for a taller mattress appearance.
Q2. What does H3/H4 dual firmness mean?
The mattress has two usable sides with different firmness levels. The H3 side offers a medium-firm feel, while the H4 side provides firmer support. Simply flip the mattress to choose your preferred sleeping surface.
Q3. How do I know which side is H3 or H4?
Check the Soft/Hard markings on the mattress care label. The softer side corresponds to H3, while the firmer side corresponds to H4.
Q4. Is this mattress suitable for couples?
Yes. The individually wrapped pocket springs respond independently to movement, helping reduce motion transfer when your partner changes sleeping positions.
Q5. What are the benefits of 7-zone pocket spring support?
The 7-zone design provides targeted support for different areas of the body, including the shoulders, back and hips. It helps distribute pressure and maintain balanced support throughout the night.
Q6. How long does the mattress take to expand after unpacking?
Allow up to 72 hours for the mattress to fully regain its intended shape and height. For best results, keep the room at approximately 20°C or warmer during expansion.
Q7. Does the mattress come rolled or fully expanded?
The mattress arrives compressed and roll-packed for convenient transportation. Carefully remove the packaging and allow it to expand on a flat, supportive bed base.
Q8. Can I try the mattress at home?
Yes. Eligible HOMAVO mattresses include 100-Night Comfort Trial Support from the delivery date. We recommend sleeping on the mattress for at least 30 nights to adjust to its feel. If you experience comfort or firmness concerns between Night 30 and Night 100, please contact our team to discuss an appropriate solution. The trial is subject to our Return & Refund Policy and does not automatically guarantee a full refund. Return transportation costs may apply.
Q9. Which firmness should I choose, H3 or H4?
H3 offers a medium-firm feel, while H4 provides a firmer sleeping surface. If you prefer a more cushioned feel, H3 may be a suitable choice. If you prefer a firmer feel, H4 may better match your preference. You can simply turn the mattress over to switch between the two sides.
Q10. How long will delivery of my mattress take? Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to regular service areas within supported destinations. Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–4 business days, excluding processing time.

Q11. What if the mattress isn't right for me?
For eligible online purchases, you may request withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. HOMAVO covers return shipping for eligible returns during this period. Please contact support@homavo.eu before sending anything back.
From day 15 to day 30, the additional voluntary return policy applies only to eligible unopened, unused and unassembled products with intact original protective packaging and complete components. The customer pays the actual return transportation cost. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full conditions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Q12. What warranty and support are available for my mattress?
HOMAVO products have a 2-year warranty from receipt for eligible manufacturing, material and functional defects under normal intended use, subject to assessment. Normal wear, misuse and damage caused by incorrect assembly or care are excluded as described in the policy.
