We recommend measuring your available space, including room for your chair, before ordering.
Will this desk work for my height?
The desk adjusts electrically from 70 to 115 cm, making it easy to find a comfortable position for sitting or standing.
For the best fit, check your seated and standing elbow heights against the adjustment range before purchasing.

Is the desk stable enough for everyday work?
Absolutely designed with everyday home office use in mind.
The sturdy metal frame and 15 mm MDF desktop provide dependable support for your computer, monitor, books, and other daily essentials.
With a maximum load capacity of 70 kg, the desk can accommodate a variety of home office setups, including dual monitors.
For the best stability, place your desk on a level floor, tighten all fittings during assembly, and distribute your equipment evenly. Some movement may still be noticeable at maximum height.
Do I need to adjust the height manually every time?
Not at all!
The desk features two programmable memory presets, so you can save your favourite sitting and standing positions.
Simply adjust the desk to your preferred height, then press and hold memory button 1 or 2 for three seconds to save it.
Your favourite positions are ready whenever you need them.
Is the motor quiet enough for a bedroom or shared home office?
The motor operates at under 48 dB under the specified test conditions, making height adjustments relatively quiet for everyday indoor use.
Whether you're working beside someone or studying in your bedroom, you can change positions without a loud motor disrupting the room.
The desk is designed for intermittent height adjustments, with built-in overheating protection to help protect the motor during excessive use.
Can the desk remind me to take a break from sitting?
Yes! The built-in sit-stand reminder gives you a helpful nudge to change positions throughout your day.
You can set a reminder from 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on your routine.
When it's time, the display flashes until you press a button.
It's a little reminder to keep your day moving, whether you're working, studying, or gaming.
What happens if something gets in the way while the desk is moving?
The desk features anti-collision technology designed to detect resistance and reverse movement when an obstruction is encountered.
This adds an extra layer of protection for your equipment and surrounding furniture.
You can also lock the control panel to help prevent accidental adjustments.
Always make sure the space above and below your desk is clear before moving it, especially around children and pets.
Can I keep my cables and accessories organised?
Yes! A tidy workspace makes everyday life a little easier.
The desk includes cable management and headphone hooks to help keep wires and everyday accessories organised without taking up valuable desktop space.
Remember to leave enough slack in connected cables so they can move safely with the desk as you switch between sitting and standing.
Is the desk difficult to assemble? Why does the desktop come in separate pieces?
The desk comes with an illustrated assembly manual and the necessary assembly accessories to guide you through the setup process.
The split tabletop design makes transportation and handling more manageable. Once assembled, the panels form your working surface, with a visible joining line.
We recommend checking all parts before starting and assembling the desk on a soft, protected surface to avoid scratches.

What's the difference between this desk and the Plus model?
The Essential model gives you the everyday benefits of an electric sit-stand desk, including two memory presets, anti-collision protection, and quiet height adjustment.
The Plus model adds a third memory preset, integrated USB-A and Type-C charging, and thoughtful accessories for a more fully equipped workspace.
Both are designed to make your day more flexible — it simply comes down to the features and space that work for you.

How long will delivery take? Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to regular service areas within our supported destinations.
We aim to process orders within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery takes 3–4 business days. This estimate excludes order processing time.
Large furniture items are generally delivered to your door or designated delivery point. Carrying the desk inside your home and assembly are not included.

What if the desk isn't right for my space?
We understand that choosing furniture online can feel a little tricky.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your desk, without having to give a reason.
For eligible returns during this period, HOMAVO covers the return shipping cost. You may inspect the desk as reasonably necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning, although handling beyond that may affect the refund under applicable rules.

Can I still return the desk after 14 days?
Yes! HOMAVO offers an additional return period of up to 30 days from the date you receive your desk.
For voluntary returns requested after Day 14 and within Day 30, the desk must remain unopened, unused, and unassembled, with its original protective packaging and all accessories intact.
We'll help arrange the return, and the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

What if the motor stops working or a part is missing?
Your HOMAVO desk comes with a 2-year warranty from the date you receive it.
Eligible manufacturing and functional defects, including motor or controller failures under normal use, are covered. Missing essential components, screws, or manufacturing issues that prevent proper assembly may also qualify for support.
Contact support@homavo.eu with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help our team identify the problem.
Depending on the issue, we may arrange replacement parts, repair, or replacement. Where these cannot reasonably resolve the problem, an appropriate price reduction or refund may be available under applicable consumer law.
Eligible warranty replacement parts and associated shipping costs are provided without additional charge.
