Check your set
Six wooden frame parts, two hammocks, fixing hardware, two hex tools and the instruction manual.

Build the frame
Join the base and side poles. Leave screws loose until all wooden parts are assembled, then tighten them.

Attach your hammock
Fit the eye screws, hooks and chains following the manual. Check every connection before use.

Choose a level spot
Place on stable, even, clear ground outdoors. Read all safety instructions before settling in.

Q1. Are both hammocks included?
Yes. DC32 includes one wooden stand and two interchangeable hammock styles: a curved-bar hammock with a 200 × 150 cm lying area, and a straight-bar hammock with a 200 × 100 cm lying area. Attach one hammock to the stand at a time.
Q2. Can I wash both hammock fabrics?
No. Only the curved-bar hammock fabric is removable and washable. The straight-bar hammock fabric is not removable or washable. Follow the care label for the washable fabric.
Q3. Can I leave it outside in any weather?
The manual specifies outdoor use, with protection from rain, wind and adverse weather. Clean and dry the product before storing it in a covered, dry place above freezing. Weather and sunlight can cause fabric colours to fade.
Q4. What should I check before use?
Assemble according to the manual and place it on stable, level, clean ground with the area clear of other objects. Check the parts and connections before use, keep away from grills and fires, and tighten the screws at least once each season. Children under 12 need adult supervision.
Q5. Does it need trees or wall fixings?
No trees or wall fixings are needed. The hammock hangs from its included freestanding wooden frame using the supplied hooks and chains. Assembly is required; follow the full manual.
Q6. How long will delivery of my hammock take? Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to regular service areas within supported destinations. Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–4 business days, excluding processing time.

Q7. What if the hammock isn't right for me?
For eligible online purchases, you may request withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. HOMAVO covers return shipping for eligible returns during this period. Please contact support@homavo.eu before sending anything back.
From day 15 to day 30, the additional voluntary return policy applies only to eligible unopened, unused and unassembled products with intact original protective packaging and complete components. The customer pays the actual return transportation cost. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full conditions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Q8. What warranty and support are available for my hammock?
HOMAVO products have a 2-year warranty from receipt for eligible manufacturing, material and functional defects under normal intended use, subject to assessment. Normal wear, misuse and damage caused by incorrect assembly or care are excluded as described in the policy.
