Frequently asked questions
Still looking for an answer?
What mattress size should I choose?
The bed is available for 90 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm mattresses. Select the matching bed size before ordering.
Is a mattress included?
No. The mattress is not included and should be purchased separately. We recommend a mattress thickness of 20–30 cm.
How does the LED lighting work?
A 1 m LED strip with 30 lights is integrated around the bed. You can adjust the colour, lighting mode and brightness using the included remote control.
Can the lights sync with music?
Yes. The LED lighting supports compatible Bluetooth music synchronisation, allowing the lights to change and flash in time with music.
Does the bed require assembly?
Yes. Assembly is required, and a detailed instruction manual is included. We recommend assembling the bed on a flat, level surface and checking the fixings periodically after use.
Is the bed really floating?
The floating effect is created by a recessed support structure, which keeps the main supports less visible from normal viewing angles while maintaining a stable bed frame. The recessed design also leaves the visible floor edges easier to access when cleaning.
