How do I choose the right fireplace configuration?
Start with the overall cabinet dimensions and make sure the fireplace fits the space you have available.

Can I use the flame effect without turning on the heat?
Selected configurations allow the flame and heating functions to be operated separately, so you can enjoy the fireplace atmosphere even when additional heat is not needed.

What controls are included?
Every HOMAVO fireplace configuration includes a remote control together with controls on the fireplace itself.
Depending on the selected model, this may be a button panel or touch control panel. Selected 36″ and 50″ configurations also support app control.

Is the fireplace intended to heat the whole home?
HOMAVO electric fireplaces are designed for supplemental room heating, helping add warmth and comfort to the space around you.
Depending on the selected configuration, heating output ranges from 1000W to adjustable 900W / 1800W or 1000W / 2000W settings.
They are not intended to replace your home's primary heating system. You can compare the heating power of different configurations in Compare Your Favourites.
Does the fireplace require assembly?
Yes. The cabinet requires assembly, and the necessary assembly hardware and step-by-step instructions are included.
For larger configurations, having a second person available can make handling and assembly easier.
If your selected model arrives in more than one package, we recommend waiting until all packages have arrived before beginning assembly.

Will my fireplace arrive in one package or several?
It depends on the selected configuration.
Some compact models arrive in one package, while larger cabinet configurations may arrive in two packages. Multiple packages may be dispatched separately, have different tracking numbers and arrive on different days.

Is shipping free and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is free to regular service areas within HOMAVO’s supported delivery destinations.
Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery takes 3–4 business days. This estimate excludes order processing time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, weather or local delivery conditions.
For large furniture, delivery is made to the door or designated delivery point. Carrying the product inside your home, room-of-choice delivery and assembly are not included.

What if I change my mind or there is a problem with my fireplace?
For eligible online purchases, you may exercise the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal. HOMAVO covers the standard return shipping cost for eligible returns during this period.
HOMAVO also offers an additional return period of up to 30 days for eligible products that remain unopened and unused. For voluntary returns requested after Day 14 and within Day 30, the actual return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
If your fireplace arrives damaged, incomplete or develops an eligible manufacturing or functional defect, please contact support@homavo.eu.
HOMAVO products are covered by a 2-year warranty. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
