Check both packages
Your vanity arrives in 2 separate boxes. Each may have its own tracking number and arrive on a different day. Check that all parts and fittings are present before assembly.

Build together
Assembly requires 2 adults. Lay out the numbered parts on a soft mat, then follow the illustrated SZG1 manual. Use manual tools and tighten fittings gradually.

Secure it before use
Install the supplied anti-tip restraint and fix the unit to the wall as shown in the manual. Check stability and drawer operation, and recheck connectors monthly.

Q1. Where can I find the assembly manual?
Open the SZG1 assembly manual (PDF).
The manual includes English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish guidance, plus illustrated assembly steps. Assembly requires 2 adults.
Q2. How do I change the mirror lighting?
Tap the touch control to switch between cold, natural and warm light. Press and hold to adjust brightness.
Q3. Why have I received only one box?
The vanity is shipped in 2 packages, which may arrive on different days and have separate tracking numbers. Check both tracking links. If a box appears to be missing, contact support@homavo.eu with your order number.
Q4. Does the vanity need to be fixed to the wall?
Yes. Always install the supplied anti-tip restraint and secure the vanity to the wall according to the manual. Do not allow children to climb or play on the unit.
Q5. How should I clean and maintain it?
Use a slightly damp, soft cloth. Avoid corrosive cleaners and sharp objects on the surface. Keep the unit away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Check and tighten connectors monthly; lift the assembled unit when moving it.
Q6. How long will delivery of my vanity take? Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to regular service areas within supported destinations. Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–4 business days, excluding processing time.

Q7. What if the vanity isn't right for me?
For eligible online purchases, you may request withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. HOMAVO covers return shipping for eligible returns during this period. Please contact support@homavo.eu before sending anything back.
From day 15 to day 30, the additional voluntary return policy applies only to eligible unopened, unused and unassembled products with intact original protective packaging and complete components. The customer pays the actual return transportation cost. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full conditions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Q8. What warranty and support are available for my vanity?
HOMAVO products have a 2-year warranty from receipt for eligible manufacturing, material and functional defects under normal intended use, subject to assessment. Normal wear, misuse and damage caused by incorrect assembly or care are excluded as described in the policy.
