Make it a two-person job.
The manuals require at least two people for assembly. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses when using power tools.

Follow the anchoring and fixing instructions. An unsecured structure may tip in strong winds.

Use water-based wood stain or a suitable wood treatment. Re-oil or renovate and maintain the timber once a year, as directed in the manual.

Q1. Which model should I choose?
Choose SS01 for a 77 cm-wide cabinet and a choice of Gray or Natural Wood. SS02 offers a wider, double-door cabinet. Choose SS03 if you want a cabinet with an attached open log rack.
Q2. Is the cabinet completely waterproof?
The painted wood and asphalt-covered sloped roof offer weather resistance. This is outdoor timber that needs regular inspection and annual maintenance; it is not presented as a sealed, fully waterproof enclosure.
Q3. Can I assemble it alone?
No. All three manuals require at least two people to cooperate during assembly. Read the complete guide, identify the correct hardware and complete every fixing step.
Q4. How many parcels will arrive?
SS01 is supplied in one parcel. SS02 and SS03 are supplied in two parcels. Check that you have all parts before you begin assembly.
Q5. How should I maintain the wood?
The manuals specify water-based wood stains or wood treatment agents and recommend re-oiling or renovating and maintaining the wood once a year. Follow your model’s complete care and safety instructions.

Q7. How long will delivery of my garden storage cabinet take? Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to regular service areas within supported destinations. Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–4 business days, excluding processing time.

Q8. What if the garden storage cabinet isn't right for me?
For eligible online purchases, you may request withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. HOMAVO covers return shipping for eligible returns during this period. Please contact support@homavo.eu before sending anything back.
From day 15 to day 30, the additional voluntary return policy applies only to eligible unopened, unused and unassembled products with intact original protective packaging and complete components. Q9. What warranty and support are available for my garden storage cabinet?
HOMAVO products have a 2-year warranty from receipt for eligible manufacturing, material and functional defects under normal intended use, subject to assessment. Normal wear, misuse and damage caused by incorrect assembly or care are excluded as described in the policy.
