Which desktop size should I choose?
Your perfect setup starts with the right amount of space.
The 120 × 60 cm desk is ideal for compact home offices and everyday laptop or monitor setups.
The 140 × 70 cm option gives you more room for additional screens, documents, and accessories.
For a larger workspace, the 180 × 80 cm model offers plenty of room to spread out.
The 120 × 60 cm and 140 × 70 cm models adjust from 70 to 117 cm, while the larger 180 × 80 cm model adjusts from 70 to 115 cm.
We recommend checking your available room space and preferred sitting and standing heights before ordering.
Will the desk be stable when I'm standing?
The desk combines a sturdy metal frame with an 18 mm MDF desktop designed to support your everyday workspace.
Whether you're typing, studying, or working with multiple screens, the structure provides dependable support as you move between sitting and standing.
For the best experience, make sure all fittings are tightened, distribute equipment evenly, and place your desk on a level floor.
Some movement may still be noticeable at higher positions, particularly when pressure is applied to the desktop.
Can it support my dual-monitor or gaming setup?
Yes, provided your equipment stays within the load capacity of your selected desk.
The 120 × 60 cm and 140 × 70 cm models support up to 75 kg, while the 180 × 80 cm model supports up to 70 kg.
Remember to include monitor arms, speakers, your computer, and other accessories when calculating the total weight.
We recommend distributing equipment evenly rather than concentrating heavy items in one area.
Can I charge my devices directly from the desk?
Yes! The integrated USB-A and Type-C ports give you convenient access to charging for compatible everyday devices.
Whether you're keeping your phone or other small electronics close at hand, the built-in ports make charging more convenient without needing a separate charging adapter for every device on your desktop.
Charging performance and compatibility depend on your device and cable. For devices with higher power requirements, we recommend using the manufacturer's original charger.
Can I save different heights for sitting and standing?

The desk features three programmable memory presets, so you can save your favourite positions instead of adjusting the height from scratch every time.
Keep one setting for sitting, another for standing, and a third for another user or activity.
Once your preferred heights are saved, you can return to them with a simple press of a button.

What if something gets in the way while the desk is moving?
The anti-collision system is designed to detect resistance and reverse the desk's movement when an obstruction is encountered.

You can also adjust the anti-collision sensitivity and set preferred height limits to suit your workspace.
Always keep the area above and below your desk clear, particularly when children or pets are nearby.
Can the desk remind me to switch between sitting and standing?
Yes! The built-in reminder function helps you remember to change positions throughout your day.
You can choose a reminder interval between 30 minutes and 4 hours.
When the preset time is reached, the display flashes until you press a button.
Whether you're deep in a project or enjoying a gaming session, it's a helpful little reminder to change positions.
Is the motor quiet enough for everyday home use?
The motor is designed for intermittent height adjustments in indoor workspaces.
The 120 × 60 cm and 140 × 70 cm models are rated below 48 dB under the specified test conditions, while the larger 180 × 80 cm model is rated below 55 dB.
Built-in overheating protection also helps protect the lifting mechanism during extended use.

Is assembly complicated? Why does the desktop come in separate pieces?
The desk comes with an illustrated assembly manual and the necessary assembly accessories to guide you through the process.
The split tabletop design makes transportation and handling more manageable. Once assembled, the panels form your working surface, with a visible joining line.
We recommend checking all parts before starting, protecting the desktop from scratches, and making sure all fittings are secure before use.

How long will delivery take? Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to regular service areas within our supported destinations.
We aim to process orders within 0–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery takes 3–4 business days. This estimate excludes order processing time.
Large furniture items are generally delivered to your door or designated delivery point. Carrying the desk inside your home and assembly are not included.

What if the desk isn't right for my space?
We understand that choosing furniture online can feel a little tricky.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your desk, without having to give a reason.
For eligible returns during this period, HOMAVO covers the return shipping cost. You may inspect the desk as reasonably necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning, although handling beyond that may affect the refund under applicable rules.

Can I still return the desk after 14 days?
Yes! HOMAVO offers an additional return period of up to 30 days from the date you receive your desk.
For voluntary returns requested after Day 14 and within Day 30, the desk must remain unopened, unused, and unassembled, with its original protective packaging and all accessories intact.
We'll help arrange the return, and the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

What if the motor stops working or a part is missing?
Your HOMAVO desk comes with a 2-year warranty from the date you receive it.
Eligible manufacturing and functional defects, including motor or controller failures under normal use, are covered. Missing essential components, screws, or manufacturing issues that prevent proper assembly may also qualify for support.
Contact support@homavo.eu with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help our team identify the problem.
Depending on the issue, we may arrange replacement parts, repair, or replacement. Where these cannot reasonably resolve the problem, an appropriate price reduction or refund may be available under applicable consumer law.
Eligible warranty replacement parts and associated shipping costs are provided without additional charge.
